Game Story :
All-Star Games are all about offense and that's what this one was.
26 goals were scored in this game and each goalie let in at least 3 goals.
Patrick Roy was one of the two goalies allowing the fewest goals, as well
as assisting on the games first goal (scored by Fluery with an additional
assist from Kariya.) Roy's assist was only the second by a goalie
in All-Star Game history. It was a good display from Denver's hometown
boys as the home shirts represented __ of the game's 65 points. Also, Boston
was well represented with __ points in the game as well as a hat trick
from Bill Guerin which gave the new Bruin MVP honors. Overall, this was
a very enjoyable game and festivity for the NHL.
