mikeyG's Notebook Follow up :
- My predictions from the other page were quite diferent from what
we saw in the actual draft. Most everyone knew that Michael Vick would
be the first to go in the draft, but I was surprised that San Diego gave
up the pick to Atlanta. Other accuate guesses included the Rams improving
their defense with safety Adam Archuleta and Philadelphia seeking WR improvement
with Fred Mitchell. The Vikes did pick Bennett at number 27, to my approval.
But with all the trades and draft order rearranging, it was tough for everyone
who set up a mock draft.
However, I did enjoy analyzing the future of the NFL and I am looking
forward to seeing the new blood begin play this August!
